Durham Business Club is a membership-based networking organisation that runs events throughout County Durham and the wider North East of England. We hold two informal networking events each month – one evening, and one breakfast – at an ever-changing programme of venues throughout the region.
Originally established in 1981 to support small businesses in Durham City and County Durham, we’ve grown into a friendly and vibrant community of businesses, of all sizes, from across the North East of England.
The hundreds of member businesses that attend our events every year are all potential customers, suppliers and friends – so why not join us? If you need information or advice about any aspect of business or networking, we will do our best to point you in the right direction.

"As a member of Durham Business Club, it gives Thorn Lighting great pleasure to have our brand more well known within our own backyard, and for us to learn about other regional businesses and places.

Jane Reynolds

"The Durham Business Club meetings are well structured and offer an opportunity to grow business awareness in the County Durham region.
With a choice of events taking place morning, afternoon and evening, at a wide range of venues, it is a focus for networking.
It is an objective of Northstar Ventures to raise awareness of the North East (ERDF) Innovation Fund and the North East Social Investment Fund and the Club continues to offer that opportunity.
A great place to make those connections that are so important to business."
